MEDICAL TREATMENT (UP TP PHP1,000,000 OR US$30,000)
Hospitalization, surgery, ambulance, medicines, tests, etc. for treatment of illness or injury occurring during your travel. The maximum reimbursement for hospital room and board is US$350.00 per day, but this is doubled when room fees include the cost of all medical services and tripled if it also includes professional fees.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION AND REPATRIATION
MEDICALLY SUPERVISED REPATRIATION
Once you are stabilized, we will arrange and pay for your transport back to your residence or rehabilitation facility if necessary. If required, we will also pay for a medical for a medical / non-medical escort
RETURN OF MORTAL REMAINS
In case of accident or covered illness which resulted to death, we will render every possible assistance in the return of mortal remains including locating a sending funeral home, preparing the body for transport, procuring required documentation, providing necessary shipping container, as well as paying for transport to your legal residence.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION
Whenever appropriate medical facilities are not available locally, we will use whatever mode of transport, equipment and personnel necessary to evacuate the patient to the nearest facility capable of providing proper care.
CARE OF UNATTENDED MINORS
When minor children are left unattended as a result accident or covered illness, we will provide transportation to a designed family member or friend. An escort to accompany the children will also be provided if necessary.
COMPASSIONATE VISIT
If you are traveling alone and require hospitalization for more than seven days, we will immediately provide economy, roundtrip transportation to the place of hospitalization, without charge to person you chose.

NOTE:
All benefits under the Emergency Evacuation and Repatriation are available only if arranged through our partner, Assist America. The actual cost of repatriation will be paid only if it is a result of a covered illness, accidental injury or death. Covered illness are diseases which recommended during the period covered by your insurance. Assist America may also help you with the following :

PERSONAL ACCIDENT (UP TO PHP1,500,000 OR US$50,00)
Covers you an accident occurs while you travel which results to death or permanent disability including loss of one both eyes or limbs. The sum insured for persons aged 6 to 15 years or over 70 years is P100,000 or US$ 5,000 for all Peso and Dollar Plans respectively.
PERSONAL LIABILITY (UP TO PHP1,000,000 OR US$50,000)
Covers expenses incurred for accidental bodily injury to another person or accidental loss or damage to another person's property due to your negligence. This benefit does not cover losses, damages or injuries occurring within the insured's country of residence. Likewise liabilities resulting from the use of motor vehicle.
TRIP CANCELLATION (UP TO PHP50,000 OR US$3,000)
Reimburse the non-refundable portion of your travel and accommodation expenses if your trip is cancelled within 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date. The cancellation must be due to death or life threatening or injury of the person insured or his immediate relative which require emergency medical attention.
TRIP TERMINATION (UP TO PHP50,000 OR US$3,000)
Reimburses the unused portion of your travel and accommodation expenses which are paid in advance and non-refundable if you need to cut short trip and return back to your country of residence after commencement of coverage due to death or life threatening sickness or injury of the person insured or your immediate relative which require emergency emergency medical attention.
LOSS OF TRAVEL DOCUMENTS (UP TO PHP50,000 OR US$3,000)
Covers your travel and communication expenses necessary in getting a replacement for your lost passport or travel tickets.
BAGGAGE LOSS/DAMAGE (UP TO PHP25,000 OR US$1,000)
In event of theft, accidental loss or damage to your baggage. Covers up to P5,000 or US$150 for Peso and Dollar Plans respectively per item, pair or set.
BAGGAGE DELAY (UP TO PHP2,000 OR US$100)
If your checked baggage is delayed on arrival at your destination by more 12 hours, you may claim for the purchase of essential clothing and personal items
FLIGHT DELAY (UP TO PHP2,000 OR US$100)
Reimburses the expenses incurred, if your flight is delayed by more than 12 hours due to sever weather conditions.
STRIKES AND HIJACK (UP TO PHP2,000 OR US$100)
For each day you are delayed in excess of 12 hours up to 10 days as a result of hijack or organized industrial action.
HOSPITAL INCOME (UP TO PHP 1,200 OR us$60)
For each day your are hospitalized in excess of 24 hours as a result of a covered disability up to a maximum of 10 days.
FUNERAL AND BURIAL EXPENSES (UP TO PHP20,000 OR US$1,000)
For funeral and burial expenses if death occurs while you are traveling Due to a covered disability.
OPTIONAL SPORTS COVERAGE (WINTER SPORTS/ SCUBA DIVING/ TREKKING)
Extends Medical and Emergency Benefits to cover winter sports, scuba diving, trekking and mountain climbing by doubling the premium.

MAIN EXCLUSIONS :
Medical and physical conditions prior to the contract, or any conditions arising from, or contributed to by such pre-existing medical conditions:

• Traveling contrary to doctor's advice or the purpose of obtaining medical treatment.
• War and warlike risks, willfull exposure to danger except to save human life, unlawful or criminal acts.
• Childbirth, self-injury, suicide or attempted suicide, psychological conditions, sexually transmitted diseases, intoxication, use of drugs not prescribed by registered physician.
• Traveling except as fare paying passenger on a fully licensed airline or sea vessel, engaging in any occupation or trade of a manual, hazardous, or technical nature, racing (other than foot), underwater activities, winter sports, or other hazardous sports or activities. Certain hazardous sports can be covered at additional cost.
• Non-emergency treatment, routine care, private nursing, convalescent or rehabilitation care, mental or nervous conditions.
• Cash, bank notes, travel documents, except those covered under the Loss of Travel Documents Benefit, fragile items and house \hold effects.
• Baggage loss without a supporting Baggage Irregularity Report from the Airline or Police report if such loss occurred outside the custody of the Airline.
• Persons younger than six (6) weeks or older than seventy five (75) years.
• Delay. Detention, confiscation by customs or other authorities
• Under optional coverage, the use of bob-sleighs and skeletons, ski-jumping , ski-bob and winter sports competition of any kind, trekking in excess of 17,000 feet and scuba diving below 100 feet.
• Lost traveler's check, under the Loss of travel documents benefit.
• Under the trip cancellation and termination benefit, insured's relatives except those with whom the insured's degree of relationship is up to the 2^nd degree by consulting or 1^st degree by affinity.
• Roundtrip trip fare under the compassionate visit benefit is limited to economy class travel.
